Refugee Legal Services

The refugee legal service provides free legal assistance to clients of refugee background.

Problems that we may be able to help with include: debt, fines, car accidents, divorce and separation, family violence, disputes with Centrelink, disputes with banks, problems with essential services such as gas and electricity providers and problems arising from other debts (e.g. personal loans, car finance, Foxtel).

In addition, we offer a refugee tenancy service.

Please note that we do not provide migration advice.
