Are you from the Burmese, Chin, Kareni and Karen community* and do you have questions about your bank account?

If yes, we may be able to assist you to answer questions about:

·          Difficulties with your BANK, LOAN or INSURANCE payments

·          Potentially high BANK FEES

·          Understanding your money documents

·          Difficulties with paying a hire purchase or instalment plan that you have agreed to for a car, computer, fridge, or washing machine

PLEASE BRING 3 MONTHS OF:

Bank statements, loans statements, credit cards statements

Any other money documents that you don’t understand

AND

An income statement from Centrelink and/or your employer.
